PC update 1/12/2021

Presidents Council Members,

The "New Development on So Hutchinson Island" Update is now available for viewing on the PC website (https://www.pcofhi.com/updates/category/governmental-affairs).  This update provides up-to-date information on the new SHI projects being proposed/reviewed. 

As indicated in the update last week, there will be No Presidents Council meeting in January.  The meeting has been rescheduled to February 3rd at 2:00pm via Zoom.  

Guest speakers are: 

• SLC Commissioner Sean Mitchell, District 2.  Commissioner Mitchell serves on the Property and Homeowners Association Committee and welcomes the opportunity to meet with homeowners in all districts and discuss the topics of interest.  More background information about Commissioner Mitchell can be found on the SLC website  (https://www.stlucieco.gov/departments-services/a-z/board-of-county-commissioners/district-2-sean-mitchell-vice-chair).  
• SLC Planning & Development Services Representatives: Leslie Olson, Director and Kori Benton, Senior Planner.  This meeting will provide an opportunity for SHI owners to learn more about the review process for all new development projects.
